About Me

Hi, I’m Maria de los Angeles Ross, a passionate personal development coach dedicated to helping young adults navigate the transformative years of early adulthood with purpose, resilience, and self-discovery.As a Peruvian immigrant who moved to the U.S. at the age of three and grew up in northern New Jersey, I’ve experienced firsthand the beauty and challenges of navigating different cultures and transitions. In 2022, I embarked on a new chapter and moved to Valencia, Spain, a journey that deepened my understanding of personal growth and adaptability. My coaching approach is rooted in empathy, equity, education, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping clients connect with their inner selves. Functioning from a lens of early childhood, I recognize the profound impact that our earliest experiences have on shaping who we are today. Whether you’re working through trauma, exploring your identity, or striving for personal growth, I provide a safe and supportive space for reflection and transformation. With a focus on resilience and self-awareness, I empower my clients to embrace their strengths, uncover their potential, and develop the tools they need to create meaningful paths forward. When I’m not coaching for my private practice, I am working in the student services office of a globally ranked study abroad program, functioning as the in-house mental health coach, primary liaison between administration and the students, and disciplinarian. This work allows me to maintain a strong connection with this new generation and adapt my methods to ensure I can provide the highest quality of care.In my free time, you’ll likely find me socializing with friends, reading a good book, taking my dogs to the park, or engaging in creative pursuits that fuel my passion for self-expression and mindfulness.
